Chicago Food Planet Food Tours offers Private Group Tours for any of our Food Tasting and Cultural Walking Tours, a rewarding experience for any of the following types of groups:

Standard Private Group Tour Information
- All logistical details (meeting location, duration, etc.) will be agreed upon ahead of time by the private group organizer and Chicago Food Planet, Inc.
- A private group tour can be tailored and customized to meet the specifics and needs of your particular private event.
- All private group food tours are approximately 3.25 hours in length
- We can accommodate up to 48 people (16 per tour guide)
- Each food tasting and cultural walking tour highlights classical food establishments and their specialties, including the history, culture, architecture, and local entertainment and restaurant offerings of the neighborhood. Click on Public Tours to learn more about our tours.
- Advanced bookings are strongly suggested; both public and private group tour dates get booked well in advance
- Once purchased, all tickets and payments are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
- It is very important to arrive and begin the tour on time

Private Group Reservation and Payment Options
Private Group Tour tickets that are sold less than 15 days from tour date require full payment to hold a specific date and time.
Private Group Tour tickets that are sold more than 15 days from tour date:
- A $250 non-refundable deposit via credit card is required to hold a specific date, time slot, and tour guide(s).
- Remaining balance (non-refundable) via credit card is due and payable 10 days prior to the event.
No refunds are given for no-shows. We will do our best to accommodate your group’s needs.
