• Piece is the highest grossing independently-owned pizzeria in terms of total sales in the continental United States – they sell over $6 million worth of pizza and beer every year!
• Piece has won 26 medals at the World Beer Cup and the Great American Beer Festival, including Champion Small Brewpub and Champion Brewer at the 2006 World Beer Cup.  
• Jonathan Cutler, head brewer, got his start at Sierra Nevada Brewing Co., in California.
