• Cardinal rule of cooking, fat = flavor. Don’t worry, it’s a walking food tour…you’ll burn those calories off a bit!
• Executive Chef Todd Stein – Chicago magazine named him Best New Chef in 2010 and he has participated in Iron Chef America vs. Bobby Flay. He’s kind of a big deal.
• In 2017, The World of Fine Wine awarded Formento’s as the Best Medium Size Wine List in the world (over 300 available).
