Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded or rescheduled because your space is being guaranteed on the event. Our events often sell out. No partial credits or rescheduling is allowed for partial attendance, no shows, or late arrivals. It is your responsibility to show up at the right location, on time. The events commence promptly as scheduled.
* If you are sick or in a higher risk category, please contact our support team at email@example.com or via phone at (312) 932-0800. We will happily get you rebooked for a time you are well again and can fully enjoy our experiences.
* All tickets purchased for events occurring between March 10 and April 30, 2020 are changeable and transferrable for free over the next year. We are also happy to refund the value to an e-certificate to be used at any point in the future. These e-certificates never expire and can be used towards any of our public experiences.
* Cancellations: If a guest decides to unfortunately cancel the tour ticket(s)they purchased for events occurring between March 10 and April 30, 2020, they may rebook the experience or receive a refund to e-certificate.
*No changes or refunds will be honored day-of experience or after the tour has elapsed.
